SofTech can help you figure out what setup actually makes sense first. Depending on what you need, a basic site, forms, links, storage, and online tools can often start very cheap, sometimes with free tiers. The domain name is usually the main upfront cost.
If you grow, get heavy traffic, need lots of uploads, or need paid features, then you may need to upgrade later.
You create your own accounts, pay for your own tools, and enter your own private information.

The price is agreed before starting. If I agree to help with a specific issue, the price does not increase for that issue.
Larger or custom requests are discussed first.

Flexible support
How it works
Most help can be done by message, phone, remote session, or appointment.
Phone help is usually guided by call, message, screenshots, or in person. Computer and business software help can often be handled remotely.
SofTech offers local tech/software help in Smiths Falls, Brockville, Merrickville, Perth, and Kemptville.
Remote help is available when possible. For in-person help in Smiths Falls, basic help can start at $25. For Brockville, Merrickville, Perth, Kemptville, or other nearby areas, a $20 travel fee applies if the service is under $75.
Travel fee is discussed before starting.
Private information stays with you. I can guide the setup, but you enter passwords, banking details, recovery codes, and private account information yourself.
