Respectful lesson policy
SofTech lessons are meant to be calm, friendly, and comfortable. Jokes, sarcasm, casual conversation, and normal frustration with technology are completely okay.
Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or intentionally disrespectful behaviour toward me is not acceptable.
If a lesson has to be ended because of unacceptable behaviour, the session may be cancelled immediately. Refunds will be handled case by case, depending on the situation, how much time was spent, and whether the lesson had already started.
