People offering services must provide truthful service names, service descriptions, service areas, availability, and qualification details.
Any insurance or licensing claims must be accurate.
3. Legal, Licensing & Insurance Responsibility
People offering services are responsible for following laws, permits, licensing, insurance, and safety rules that apply to their work.
4. Pricing & Work Agreements
People offering local services are responsible for quotes, prices, scope, timelines, materials, communication, and invoices or receipts where applicable.
KinTask does not set or guarantee pricing.

6. Service Account Features
KinTask service accounts can create profiles, use the Job Board, message directly, respond to booking requests, keep track of bookings, receive reviews after completed work, and report concerns.
KinTask does not charge lead fees, sell paid ranking, or take a platform cut from local work at launch.
Private account details are not shown publicly unless you choose to share them, though KinTask may review limited information for support, safety, legal, or security reasons.
7. Payment Features, if introduced later
KinTask does not provide platform payment features at launch.
If payment features are introduced later, this page will be updated before use and payment provider rules may apply where available.
People offering services remain responsible for their own prices, invoices, tax obligations, customer obligations, and work agreements unless otherwise stated.
8. Enforcement
KinTask may issue warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal where misuse or trust and safety issues are identified.
