1. CASL Basics
Commercial electronic messages generally require consent, sender identification, contact information, and an unsubscribe option, subject to applicable law.
2. Promotional Messages
KinTask may send promotional messages where consent exists or where otherwise permitted by law.
Where required, these messages include sender identification, contact details, and an unsubscribe mechanism.
3. Transactional Messages
KinTask may send account, request, messaging, security, support, legal, or administrative notices needed to operate the platform.
Users can opt out of optional promotional communications, but they cannot opt out of essential account, transactional, or safety notices where needed.
